Conference Hotels

A wide range of hotel accommodation is available in Vienna, from budget hotels to five star luxury hotels, all of them with highest quality standards. Blocks of hotel rooms have been reserved at special rates for IALCCE 2012 participants for the whole conference period. The deadline for hotel booking is August 20th, 2012. Beyond this date, rooms are subject to availability.

The deadline for hotel reservation is August 20th, 2012. After this date, requests will still be accepted, but hotels rooms will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are to be sent in writing to AUSTROPA INTERCONVENTION at alfred.kerschenbauer@interconvention.at. For room cancellations received before August 20, 2012 an administration fee of € 40,- per room will be charged. No refund of the hotel deposit can be made for cancellations received after that date or for no-show. In case of no-show, the hotel reservation will be released after the first night.
