General Information

Exhibit booths will be made available at IALCCE 2012. The Exhibition area will be located in the Hofburg Palace, along the route from the Ambasadors Star to the Hall of Ceremonies and the Chambers and Radetzky Appartments Wing hosting the conference rooms for technical sessions. Coffee breaks and lunches will also be served in the Exhibition area. This arrangement will provide the Exhibitors with the best exposure to the Symposiums Delegates

Standard booths are 1,5m x 2m. Double booths 3m x 2m can also be arranged upon request.

The exhibit booths include all basic requirements for Exhibition. The booths can also be customized with extra services and accessories upon request (see Additional Services and Furniture Rental).

Preliminary Exhibitor Schedule

The Exhibitor Schedule is tentative, dates/times are subject to change. The final schedule will be provided along with the Symposium program.

Wednesday, October 3, 2012 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Set up of the Exhibition
Thursday, October 4, 2012 8:00 am Opening of Exhibition
Saturday, October 6, 2012 5:00 pm Closing of Exhibition
Saturday, October 6, 2012 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Dismantling of Exhibition

Exhibit booths may be manned during the conference hours.

Exhibitor Registration Fees

The Exhibitor registration fee includes:

  • Standard 1,5 m x 2 m modular exhibition carpeted and fitted booth walls 250 cm high
  • Basic booth equipment including 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 locker, 1 waste bin, 1 electrical multiple socket (2,5kW)

People registered as "Exhibitor" will have access to the Welcome Reception, Lunches, Coffee Breaks and Gala Dinner. Exhibitors can also attend the Technical Sessions, but they are not allowed to present technical contributions. To present technical contributions full conference registration as "Delegate" is required.

Exhibitor Application Process

The exhibit booths will be assigned to applicants on a "first come, first served" basis in order of application. To reserve an exhibit booth, please complete the Exhibitors Application Form and submit it to the Conference Organizing Secretariat by email at ialcce2012@boku.ac.at or fax: +43 1 476 54 5299

Completed registration forms must be accompanied by a receipt of the payment. The exhibit booth will not be assigned until the total amount of registration fee is received.

Tailored Forms of Exhibition and Display

The Conference Organizing Secretariat can assist the Exhibitors to plan and choose tailored forms of Exhibition and Display opportunities to get the desired level of involvement and exposure. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat for information and assistance.

Terms and Conditions

After registration is completed all the applicants will be required to review and accept the General Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors and the Fire Safety Regulation. Please note that an Insurance policy is required for all the Exhibitors.

Additional Services and Furniture Rental

The layout of the exhibit booths include all basic requirements for Exhibition. Additional services can be provided by Hofburg.
