Registration Fees

Presenting Authors are required to complete the registration process on or before April 30, 2012 (extended May 14, 2012). The number of ordinary papers presented at the symposium by one speaker may not exceed 2. The deadline for Symposium registration is August 28, 2012. Beyond this date, registration will be subject to availability of free slots.

Rates are in Euros. The Symposium registration fee includes:

(a), (b) Symposium attendance, proceedings (Book+CD-ROM), Symposium bag, Welcome Reception, lunches, coffee breaks, and Gala Dinner.
(c), (d) Symposium attendance, proceedings (CD-ROM only), Symposium bag, Welcome Reception, lunches, and coffee breaks. Students need to provide proof of their status to complete the registration.
(e) Symposium attendance, proceedings (CD-ROM only), Symposium bag, lunches, and coffee breaks.
Please note that there are special group offers for exhibitors.
(f) Welcome Reception, lunches, and Gala Dinner.

Proceedings will be published by an international publisher as a set of a hardcover book of full papers and a CD-ROM.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing directly to the Symposium secretariat. Registration fees minus a processing fee of 10% will be reimbursed for cancellations made on or before September 1, 2012. We are unable to provide any refunds beyond this date. For speakers and corresponding authors the registration fees minus a processing fee of 75% will be reimbursed for cancellations made after July 1, 2012.
